So it’s not the sharpest, properly exposed & composed shot but there’s a story behind this photograph. Besides, I’m still trying to figure out the focusing distances to my Olympus XA4 and can’t quite get it yet (obviously).

Well Betty, Jackie and I were walking the streets of NYC and this NYPD officer stops Betty in her tracks along 5th Avenue. I thought Betty did something illegal or was going to be questioned for something but it turns out that the officer simply wanted to know where Betty purchased her hat. We were cracking up. The officer says “I’m a Girl First”. Even NYPD officers need to look as stylish. Imagine that….New York’s finest indeed.
